About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking caring, kind, and dependable Family Model Professionals to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee. This adult foster care program provides a safe, private, family-style home for individuals who cannot remain in their own homes or choose not to live in a facility. The role supports clients in maintaining independence, learning new skills, feeling safe, and becoming part of a family. The caregiver must live in Middle Tennessee and provide care in their home. The position offers an independent work environment, support from a caring team, and monthly recognition, rewards, and incentives. Pay depends on the needs of the individuals served and may start at $2,300 per month as tax-free income. Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must provide in-home caregiving.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication and appointment reminders.
- Assist with grooming and bathing.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Provide transportation services.
- Supervise for safety.
