Requirements
- MD degree.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts.
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
- Experience with Epic EMR.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Willingness to be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered primary care.
- Engage in a 4-day clinical work week (32 clinical care hours, 8 administrative).
- Work within a team-based care model.
- Collaborate with 4 MDs and 5 APPs.
- Work with a 1:1 MD to Medical Assistant ratio.
