About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician based in Hoboken, New Jersey. The physician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office visits, testing-center visits, and occasional telehealth visits. The role involves collaborating with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities, and using clinical training to perform in-office procedures. The physician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to support One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Requirements

Complete a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
Have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
Be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of the One Medical start date.
Hold a New Jersey state license before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care.
Communicate successfully with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities
