About The Position

One Medical is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a hybrid, full-time role based in its West Portal, San Francisco office. The typical 40-hour workweek includes 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient-facing day. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. The physician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in the office, at testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. The role includes collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams, participation in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities, use of clinical training to perform in-office procedures, and supervision of one or more NP or PA colleagues. Requirements

Be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
Have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
Be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of starting at One Medical.
Obtain a California state license before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care.
Communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Be motivated to contribute to a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
