About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Crown Point, Indiana. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care position focused on Family Medicine. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting preventive medicine and long-term wellness, coordinating specialty referrals, and practicing within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment with dedicated administrative support.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Commitment to outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and ongoing patient care.
• Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment.
• Utilize dedicated administrative support to maximize patient care time.
