About The Position

Family Medicine Physician – Red Bud Regional Hospital Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient | Rural Health Clinic Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform routine health screenings, preventive care, immunizations, and patient education. Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow evidence-based clinical guidelines. Maintain compliance with hospital, clinic, and regulatory policies. Foster strong provider-patient relationships and contribute to a positive team culture within the rural health community.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
  • DEA certification required.
  • Strong commitment to rural healthcare and serving diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $325,000
  • Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)

  • Up to $90,000 loan repayment
  • Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract.
  • $15,000 relocation allowance
