About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan within an established Federally Qualified Health Center. Responsibilities include delivering preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, wellness visits, and patient education. The physician will develop long-term relationships with individuals and families while practicing evidence-based medicine and collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health outcomes. The position utilizes an established electronic medical record and is supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Passion for comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Strong commitment to preventive medicine and continuity of care.
- Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
