Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine
Hold or can obtain Michigan licensure and DEA
Value serving rural and underserved populations
Confidently manage chronic medical conditions
Collaborate well with interdisciplinary teams

Managing total patient care

Supervising mid-level providers
