About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bishopville, South Carolina who wants a stable weekday schedule, strong loan repayment support, and a patient-centered outpatient practice. You’ll step into a 100% outpatient ambulatory role focused on providing primary care to patients of all ages. You’ll operate with a balanced workflow of 90% clinical care and 10% administrative time, fully supported by an established clinical team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend clinic hours. The call rotation is phone-only, 1:4, and the average patient volume is 20–24 patients per day. There are quarterly bonus opportunities and annual salary increases. This position is eligible for student loan repayment up to $100,000 and is supported by an established clinical team and support staff.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
• Hold or obtain a South Carolina medical license
• Maintain an active DEA registration
• Possess a compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages in a 100% outpatient ambulatory setting.
• Manage a balanced workflow of 90% clinical care and 10% administrative time.
• Participate in a phone-only call rotation, 1:4.
• See an average of 20-24 patients per day.
