About The Position
Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Midwest City, Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient primary care practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team within a growing practice supported by an integrated healthcare system. Care emphasizes time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives, and value-based primary care. Physicians collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and receive support from a dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and inbox work. The practice uses the system-wide Epic EMR, with DAX Copilot available. The position is 100% outpatient, with no evenings, holidays, or weekends and limited call responsibility. Mercy On Call provides after-hours support. The organization describes an emphasis on work-life balance and removing administrative barriers.
