About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen Winona is seeking a board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician to join their team. This role offers a balanced lifestyle, flexibility, and strong support from a multidisciplinary team in a rewarding setting. The physician will be an integral part of a supportive group, fulfilling shared responsibilities and making a meaningful difference in the communities served. The practice is outpatient only with flexible scheduling options, an onsite outpatient surgery center, and 24/7 specialty consultation availability. The call schedule is 1:9 by phone only, covering after-hours critical lab results.
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician.
- Completed an accredited graduate medical training program.
- Board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.
- Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

- Provide high-quality care to the community.
- Ensure timely access to procedures for patients through the onsite outpatient surgery center.
- Provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
- Supervise advanced practice clinicians.
- Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff.
