About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen Winona invites board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physicians to join their team in a rewarding setting that offers a balanced lifestyle, flexibility, and strong support from a multidisciplinary team. This role is an integral part of a supportive group, fulfilling shared responsibilities and making a meaningful difference in the communities served. The practice is outpatient only with flexible scheduling options, an onsite outpatient surgery center, and 24/7 specialty consultation availability. The call schedule is 1:9 by phone only, covering after-hours critical lab results.
Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible within the area of medicine.
- Completed an accredited graduate medical training program.
- Obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

- Supervise advanced practice clinicians.

- Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff.
