A caring, innovative health center is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its collaborative team in Fitchburg or Leominster, MA! Requirements

• BE/BC Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
• Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues
• Compassionate physician who enjoys working with underserved and lower-income patient populations
• Someone who values collaboration, stability, and making a meaningful impact in the community

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Option to work a longer 8:00 AM–7:00 PM day in exchange for a shorter day
• Choose a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
• Average 16–24 patients per day
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Opportunity to focus 100% on patient care, or: 80–90% clinical care and 10–20% Associate Medical Director responsibilities
• Leadership responsibilities are optional — you can choose to remain fully clinical
