Family Medicine Physician - $300k plus sign on bonus

About The Position

Our client seeks a qualified Primary Care Physician to join its medical team. The physician will provide thorough medical care to patients, working independently and alongside other healthcare professionals. The role calls for strong diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic skills, along with refined communication and interpersonal abilities. The practice serves a diverse patient population, including fee-for-service and Medicare Advantage enrollees. The position offers $250,000–$275,000 plus a percentage of collections, with expected first-year take-home pay of $300,000. The schedule is 40 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; PTO; CME; a 3% 401(k) match; life insurance; and relocation assistance. Requirements

Board certification in Family Medicine.
Current Georgia state medical license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose children, adults, and older adults; order appropriate diagnostic tests; and prescribe medications.
Develop and manage treatment plans, including preventive care and health maintenance.
Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments.
Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care.
Maintain detailed medical records and document patient care activities.
