Family Medicine Physician - $300k plus sign on bonus
About The Position
Our client is seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician to join its medical team. The physician will provide thorough medical care to a diverse patient population, including fee-for-service and Medicare Advantage patients, working both autonomously and with other healthcare professionals. The role requires strong diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. The position is based in Kingsland, Georgia. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is listed as $250,000–$275,000 plus a percentage of collections, with expected first-year take-home pay of $300,000. Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Current Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Examine and diagnose children, adults, and older adults; order appropriate diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans, including preventive care and health maintenance.
- Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments.
- Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and document patient care activities.
