About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is hiring Family Medicine Physicians in Rockville, Maryland to provide wound care and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings. Physicians evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds; perform surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures; and use advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols. The role supports continuity of care as patients progress through healing.

The position offers clinical autonomy, training in wound care and procedures, and custom documentation software intended to reduce administrative time. It is described as a no-call, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends. The job is available full-time or part-time. Compensation is described as per-patient and per-procedure pay with quarterly bonus programs; the posting gives average annual earnings of $200,000–$250,000 and says top performers can earn $300,000 or more through performance bonuses. Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted or clear medical license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Candidates must perform pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and appropriate relevant skills testing.
