Family Medicine Physician, Primary Care at Gessler, Winter Haven, FL
About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice in Winter Haven, Florida. The practice currently consists of 7 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Physician Assistant. This is an outpatient-only role with no obstetrics. The office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and serves patients aged 18 and older. BayCare Medical Group emphasizes a true medical home model, supporting continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships. Physicians will be part of a network of over 46 different specialties and 16 not-for-profit hospitals, offering a full spectrum of preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients aged 18 and older.
- Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care within a medical home model.
- Foster continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
