About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound management in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, typically visiting 2–3 facilities and treating approximately 20–30 patients per day within a 40–60-mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The role offers full-time work of 4–5 weekdays per week or part-time work of at least 3 weekdays per week. The stated full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. W2 physicians reportedly earn an average of $300,000 per year for a 30-hour work week; the listed salary range is $200,000–$350,000 per year. No work visa sponsorship is available.

Requirements

Hold a full, active, and unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where the physician wishes to practice.
Commit to at least 3 weekdays per week, Monday through Friday.
