About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician for an hourly role based in Kirkland, Washington. The role involves 16–24 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. The physician will care for patients with a broad range of needs through acute, chronic, and preventive visits, both in the office and occasionally by telehealth. The physician will collaborate with in-office teammates in daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training to perform in-office procedures, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states. One Medical describes its primary care model as combining in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive care, chronic care management, common illness, and mental health services. The organization joined Amazon in February 2023 and says it aims to improve healthcare access, affordability, and experience. The hourly rate is $171. Casual/per diem providers receive malpractice insurance coverage, an UpToDate subscription, a company-issued laptop for secure EHR access, and sick-time PTO according to local requirements. Regular team members working at least 24 hours per week and their dependents are eligible for the broader benefits package from their date of hire. The job schedule may change based on business direction.
