About The Position
Vernon Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join their team in the La Farge and Soldiers Grove clinics. This role involves providing comprehensive family practice care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. As a non-profit, provider-based system of rural health clinics, Vernon Health is dedicated to serving community needs, particularly in underserved areas. The position offers opportunities to influence rural healthcare, build relationships with patients and communities, and work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment supporting an award-winning critical access hospital. The La Farge Clinic also houses the Center for Special Children, which uses genetic testing to diagnose and treat rare conditions, with a significant focus on regional Amish and Mennonite communities.
