Requirements

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
• Experience as a Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities

• Supervise and teach residents in our residency program’s family medicine clinic.
• Engage in teaching and guiding residents during their clinic sessions, helping them develop strong skills in continuity care and primary care management.
• Maintain your own clinical practice elsewhere or join CentraCare clinics.
• Optional opportunities may include inpatient and/or maternity call, if desired.

Benefits

• Salary range: $286,000 - $318,000 per year
• Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
