About The Position

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with at least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages and a commitment to academic and patient-centered excellence. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and inspiring future family medicine providers in a supportive, innovative environment. Responsibilities include curriculum development, resident recruitment, didactic instruction, and simulation training. The position is part of a 6+6+6 Family Medicine Residency Program in Northeastern Pennsylvania within a leading integrated health system. The role offers 60% FTE dedicated to resident teaching, with no inpatient or OB coverage required. A faculty appointment with Geisinger College of Health Sciences is included.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Family Medicine physician.
• At least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages.
• American Boards of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Boards of Family Medicine (AOBFM) board certified.
• Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania.
• Patient Care And Procedural Skills
• Professional Etiquette
• Systems-Based Practice
