About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly clinician to provide primary care at one or more of its Chicago city clinic locations. The role supports 8–23 patient-care hours per week and involves caring for a broad range of patient needs through acute, chronic, and well visits; it is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in-office and occasionally through telehealth. The clinician collaborates with clinic teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, uses their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The role may require obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Saturday shifts are available at the Lincoln Park location. The work schedule may change based on business direction. The position is an hourly W-2 role paying $67 per hour. Casual/per diem/locums providers receive malpractice insurance, an UpToDate subscription, a One Medical-issued laptop, and sick-time PTO eligibility in accordance with local requirements. Benefits eligibility for regular team members and their dependents begins on the date of hire for those working 24 or more hours per week; the role is described as supporting 8–23 patient-care hours per week.
