New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Irvine clinic. This role is within a multi-specialty medical group offering services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. The clinic boasts a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations, providing a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. The position offers the chance to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care and gain hands-on experience with common procedures. Weekly provider meetings led by the Medical Director facilitate feedback, case discussions, and sharing of clinical research findings. Clinical support is available from a team of 6 MDs, each with over 30 years of experience, either in-person or via phone during all shifts.
Requirements
- Full-time Nurse Practitioner
- New graduate or experienced provider
- Ability to provide care to underserved communities
- Proficiency in primary care/urgent care procedures
- Ability to care for diverse patient populations
- Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred
