New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their El Monte clinic. This multi-specialty medical group provides services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. With 25 providers across 8 locations, they offer a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. The role focuses on building a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care, with hands-on experience in common procedures. Weekly provider meetings with the Medical Director offer feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates. Experienced MDs provide clinical support during all shifts.
Requirements
- Full-time Nurse Practitioner.
- New graduate or experienced provider.
- Ability to provide care to underserved communities.
- Proficiency in common procedures.
- Ability to work in primary care and urgent care settings.
- Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.
