New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Corona clinic. This role is within a multi-specialty medical group offering services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. The clinic boasts a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations, providing a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. The position offers the chance to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care, gain hands-on experience with common procedures, and benefit from weekly provider meetings led by the Medical Director for feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates. Clinical support is available from a team of 6 MDs, each with over 30 years of experience, either in-person or via phone during all shifts.
Requirements
- Full-time Nurse Practitioner
- New graduate or experienced provider
- Ability to work a 3-day work week with one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Spanish fluency (Preferred)
- Mandarin fluency (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred due to patient demographics.
