About The Position
This position is for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive family medicine services in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves managing a patient panel of approximately 20-22 patients per day, addressing routine physical examinations, women's health, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes), and same-day urgent care needs. The NP will also handle patient communications, review lab results, and manage medication refills. Telehealth consultations may be part of the responsibilities. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for Saturday coverage. There are no on-call duties. The clinic utilizes the EPIC EMR system, and recent experience with EPIC is required. The coverage period is for an initial 3 months with potential for extension.
Requirements
- Active Oregon nursing license
- Board Certification
- BLS (AHA certification)
- DEA registration
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within the last 1-2 years)
