Requirements
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to obtain an Oregon license
Responsibilities
- 4-day clinic workweek
- 100% outpatient
- Provider autonomy
- Shared telephone call (approximately 1 week every 6 weeks)
