About The Position

Atrium Health Primary Care Lake Park Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-scope family medicine care in an outpatient clinic in Indian Trail, North Carolina. The clinic serves Lake Park, Hemby Bridge, and surrounding Union County communities. The provider will join a team of 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers in a collaborative, productive clinic setting. The practice moved into a new building in June 2023, with 21 exam rooms, and offers access to system-level care management resources and virtual technology.

This is a full-time position with a 4.5-day work week. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the clinic's office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call is minimal, phone-only, and shared among 48 providers, with approximately one week per year. The listed pay range is $51.05–$76.60. Primary care experience is preferred, and the ability to perform common outpatient procedures is desired.
