About The Position

Requirements
- Contract Duration: Immediate start for 3 months, with potential for extension
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for Saturday coverage as needed.
- Proficient use of EPIC is required; candidates must have recent (within the past 1-2 years) experience with this system.
- Board Certification, BLS certification (AHA), and an active DEA registration are mandatory.
- An active Oregon nursing license is also required.

- Preference for candidates with experience in family medicine; adult-only experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical examinations
- Women's health assessments
- Chronic disease management (notably hypertension and diabetes)
- Addressing same-day urgent care issues (injuries, acute illnesses)
- Responding to patient messages
- Managing lab results
- Medication refills
