  • Organizational skills to schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule court hearings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and review, to support case strategies.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to assist attorneys in building strong, evidence-based cases.
  • Assist in case management by maintaining accurate records and tracking case progress to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions to build trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
