The Family Law Resolution Project is a statewide Access to Justice initiative designed to improve the way Montana families navigate family law disputes by expanding access to mediation, legal guidance, child support consultation, and other family law resolution services. The Family Law Resolution Project Administrator performs advanced professional work administering and coordinating statewide family law resolution programs for the Montana Judicial Branch. The position is responsible for program management, implementation, contractor oversight, program evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of family law resolution services. Work is performed under the supervision of the Access to Justice Program Coordinator. The employee exercises considerable initiative and independent judgment in administering statewide programs, coordinating contracted service providers, developing program recommendations, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring consistent implementation of program goals throughout the Judicial Branch.
