Requirements

• Detail-oriented and professional
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidential records
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to draft and explain legal documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, online software, and AI tools
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and complete tasks accurately
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Must have the ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• A current paralegal certification or higher
• At least 2 years of Family Law experience

Responsibilities

• Updating case notes in MindMeister and Google Drive
• Coordinating court dates and client meetings
• Preparing legal documents for electronic filing
• Collaborating with attorneys
• Maintaining client communication
• Assisting with hearings, mediations, and trials
• Tracking time in Clio
