About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Baltimore, MD area for a Family Law Attorney with experience in Family Law and Divorce litigation. Requirements
- 3+ years of Litigation experience with heavy emphasis on Motion practice, Written Discovery, Hearings, Depositions, Pleadings, Legal Research, Settlement Negotiations, Trial preparation etc. is a MUST
- Experience litigating Family Law matters including Divorce proceedings, Child Custody hearings, Child Support, Annulments, Alimony, Protective Orders, Domestic Violence, Prenuptial agreements, Separations, etc. is a MUST
- Juris Doctor degree and Bar admission ( in MD, VA or DC ) are a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Experience as 1st chair is a BIG PLUS
