Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland
- Experience in litigation and Domestic Law
- 1+ years’ Experience with Family Law required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to advise clients
- Develop litigation and discovery strategies to support claims
- Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies
- Negotiate settlements
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Billable hour requirement
