Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Carrollwood Health Hub Tampa, FL
About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a new, state-of-the-art Health Hub in Carrollwood, Tampa, Florida. This office currently has 2 Physicians and 1 APP with plans for expansion and includes onsite lab and imaging. The office hours are 8 am-6 pm, and the physician will see patients aged 18 and older. The role emphasizes a 'True Medical Home' model, supporting continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships. The physician will be part of a network of over 46 different specialties, 16 not-for-profit hospitals, and various outpatient services.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients aged 18 and older.
- Foster continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
- Collaborate with a network of providers in over 46 different specialties.
- Contribute to shaping the future of primary care medicine in Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
