About The Position

JusticeWorks is seeking a dedicated FAIR Supervisor to join their team. This role involves overseeing the FAIR Specialist team, which responds to hotline calls, addresses urgent household stressors, and works to create safe, supportive environments for children. The team's focus is on preventing foster care reentry, keeping families safely together, and resolving family conflicts. The qualified Supervisor will conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff member, including case reviews and performance evaluations related to program quality and service requirements. They will also assist with performance management of field staff, provide necessary training, assign referrals according to program standards, accompany field staff to meetings or court hearings, develop and maintain community and stakeholder collaborations, and transport clients using a personal vehicle as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews, evaluation of employee performance related to program quality and service requirements.
• Assist and manage with performance management of field staff, including completing proper documentation and provide training as needed in areas of need.
• Assign referrals in accordance to program standards.
• Accompany field staff to meetings and/or court hearings as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
