About The Position
Roxborough Memorial Hospital is seeking Faculty for the Roxborough School of Nursing. The role provides quality education through implementation of the nursing program’s objectives and participates in the school’s operational activities through committee work. Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital serving the Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, and northwest Philadelphia communities. Its School of Nursing has educated nurses since 1898.
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Current BLS (ARC/AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, student information systems, and learning management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in nursing education or nursing administration.
- One year of experience in academia or formalized education.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality education in the School of Nursing by implementing the objectives of the nursing program.
- Participate in the operational activities of the school through committee activities.
