The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, are seeking a physiatrist (MD/DO) with interests in spine, sports, and musculoskeletal medicine for our growing department. The individual will provide general rehabilitation services within the UPMC Rehabilitation Network and have a consultative and outpatient role for patients with spine, sports, and musculoskeletal needs. Additionally, they will provide teaching in the residency and fellowship programs. UPMC's expanding programs within an integrated healthcare delivery and finance system offer unique opportunities for value-based care and boast a collaborative environment with other sub-specialties to ensure comprehensive approaches to patient wellness. The department offers opportunities for teaching in top-ranked residency and fellowship programs, as well as basic science and clinical research opportunities and collaborations within a robustly funded program.
