Faculty (Part Time) - Modern Languages
About The Position
Western Kentucky University (WKU) is seeking part-time faculty to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Modern Languages within the Potter College of Arts & Letters. This is a part-time position with opportunities to teach day and evening classes at the main campus. WKU is a student-centered, applied-research institution committed to providing a transformative academic and social experience and to empowering its campus community. Founded in 1906, WKU is a large public university with approximately 16,293 students and nearly 2,612 faculty and staff. Requirements
- A master's degree in the discipline (or closely related field) is required for teaching undergraduate-level courses.
- A terminal degree is required for teaching graduate-level courses.
- Must submit a Letter of Interest identifying the area in which you are qualified to teach.
- Must submit a Curriculum Vita/Resume.
- Must submit Unofficial Transcripts.
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience.
- Experience with online education is desirable.
