About The Position

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician to support an educational customer in the White Oak area of Greater Cincinnati. The role supports daily facility operations, performs and assesses basic repairs, and provides guidance and oversight to the facilities team. The candidate will support a customer-facing team and maintain strong relationships with the client. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability for on-call emergency repairs as needed. Pay is $25–$28 per hour.

Requirements

Experience in commercial facilities maintenance and support, including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong leadership skills and a servant-leadership mindset.
Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of people.
Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties to a satisfactory standard.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to work on site daily.
Must be available for on-call emergency repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Perform light carpentry, including painting, patching, drywall, and man-door repairs.
Oversee staff and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
Support fire systems and life-safety compliance.
Support staff training in floor care, including stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
Maintain site supplies inventory.
Develop and maintain client relationships, including participating in client meetings.
Manage work orders through a work order management system.
Manage bids for services.
Escalate critical tasks when additional support is needed.
