About The Position

This is a part-time position with a shift of Saturday – Sunday 3:00 pm – 11 pm. The role may also involve weekday evening responsibilities. The primary focus of this role is processing, dispatching, and customer service. The position is customer-facing, involving direct communication with Property Managers and Tenants. Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to speak English

• Experience in mechanical services or other related service industries

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations
• Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors
• Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate
• Working with supervisors to solve any customer requests
• Create and prepare and work orders
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Assist in ordering equipment and supplies
