About The Position

Mayvin seeks a Facility Operations Specialist supporting the United States Marshals Service, Tactical Operations Division (TOD), Special Operations Group (SOG). This role will monitor daily operations, inspect equipment, and assist with essential maintenance to keep the facilities systems running safely and efficiently. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo an Background Investigation (BI)

Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting facility maintenance for multiple buildings and equipment systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience with servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily based on electrical or electronic (not mechanical) principles.
Ability to inspect and maintain vehicles, supplies, and equipment
Experienced in inventory management
Familiar with basic vehicle maintenance tasks
Read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to undergo an Background Investigation (BI)

Responsibilities

Monitor facilities or operational systems
Monitor facility maintenance or repair activities and inform management as needed
Inspect condition or functioning of facilities or equipment
Prepare operational progress or status reports
Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioning
Manage inventories of products or organizational resources
Review documents or materials for compliance with policies or regulations
Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
Perform general physical activities including doing activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
Operate or drive vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles, etc.
