About The Position

Manage the facilities that keep a special operations command running. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and space planning. Coordinate work orders and service contracts. Track facility condition and projects; manage real property records. Coordinate with installation public works. Support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM).

Requirements

  • 8+ years in facilities operations / maintenance / space planning.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Real property management experience.
  • Public works coordination background.
