The Facility Manager I is responsible for operations and budget management, service delivery management, project management, client relationship management, health and safety, and emergency preparedness and business continuity for an assigned portfolio. At this position level, the individual is responsible for: Low to moderate-sized portfolios; and/or Facilities of low to moderate complexity; and/or Contract requirements of low to moderate complexity.
