About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the facility in satisfactory condition for cultivation, production, and manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for facility upkeep and calls for a variety of trade skills, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The position involves work around plant material, which may include exposure to plant pollen or dust, and requires the ability to sit, stand, kneel, perform repetitive hand actions for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.

Requirements

Three to five years of industrial building maintenance experience is preferred.
Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills to diagnose automated equipment.
Hands-on experience installing piping systems for air, water, and steam, as well as industrial electrical installations and control circuits.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Relevant technical knowledge.
Ability to work around plant material, with possible exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions with the hands for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a CMMS maintenance tracking program.
Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment, VFDs, pump motors, monitoring sensors, and cable installations for environmental sensors.
Prior experience with BMS monitoring systems, automated climate control, and fertigation controls.
Experience with water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, and larger water distribution systems.
EPA 608 or other HVAC certification.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
CMRT Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician certification.
IMM Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (NCCER) certification.
