About The Position

This position involves operating and monitoring computerized building control systems, as well as maintaining facility and plant systems and equipment. The role requires the ability to independently perform repairs and installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Requirements

• Building Systems Technician certificate
• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Pool Operator certificate, where required
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
• Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Intermediate - Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of tools and equipment
