About The Position

This position involves operating and monitoring computerized building control systems and maintaining facility/plant systems and equipment. The incumbent will independently perform repairs and installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Requirements

• Building Systems Technician certificate
• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Pool Operator certificate, where required
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
• Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
• Interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Intermediate - Computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of tools and equipment
