About The Position

Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Communication skills
• Intermediate - Computer skills
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of tools and equipment
• Must be available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3-week period
• Must be available for all shifts, including short shifts, short notice calls, stats, and holidays, where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Pool Operator certificate, where required
• 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
• Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
