Facility Maintenance Director
About The Position
Abbington Senior Living Community of Layton is currently accepting applications for Director of Maintenance. This position is responsible for maintenance and repairs at our 94-Unit assisted living facility located in Layton, Utah. Responsibilities include all building and grounds maintenance, as well as coordination and oversight of projects performed by outside service providers. Will also direct and supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping staff at the facility and assist with facility transportation. Responsible for all general repairs, preventative maintenance and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on maintenance and management position.
